ATS is a wonderful company. Your customer service and techs have always gladly helped us with every detail needed with our aging phone system. Now we have a new system and we love it! Our Account Manager was the first to come to our store with a quote on the new system. He was friendly, intelligent, professional, attentive, and patient and did amazingly well answering all of the questions we had. He kept in constant communication with us regarding any scheduling changes during the pre installation. The actual installation went very smoothly and he went beyond the call of duty for us, tidying up our system and saving us money on phone lines not used anymore. His patience was appreciated during the training and is still appreciated with the after-installation questions we keep bugging him with. He has promptly fixed the few changes we requested. Overall we are very satisfied. Thank you for such incredible service.

I probably wouldn’t have renewed Gold Seal because of these tough economic times, but to be honest, ATS's technician has made a huge difference in my decision. Because of the superior service your technician has provided, and continues to give, I now see Gold Seal as an invaluable resource. ATS has provided the customer service that I require to be successful in my position. ATS has our best interests at heart and shows that every time we do business! For Example, your team went the extra mile getting our Oakland warehouse back on line. Even though it turned out to be a carrier problem, they were quickly on site and even contacted the carrier and opened a trouble ticket for me.
