System Installation
ATS uses a team effort to coordinate your unique installation. The installation
process starts from the day you select ATS as your partner and continues through
many thorough steps to ensure a smooth installation including:
Assigning an Installation Coordinator: The coordinator's job is
to manage each step of the process and to see that everything is being done in a
timely manner to meet your expected installation date.
A Planning Meeting with You: A meeting will be set up by the installation
coordinator with you and your account executive, and the technician who will be
doing your installation. The purpose of this meeting is for you to meet your technician
and discuss your requirements for the installation. ATS will go over your floor
plans, discuss any cabling requirements, collect all necessary information for voice
and data carrier service orders, and prepare an implementation schedule to provide
you with a timely installation.
ATS will handle all coordination with any other vendors so you should not have to
make a single phone call. You can expect ATS to be your single point of contact
for all of your telecommunication needs.
An Implementation Schedule: This schedule is a time line for your
installation and will be prepared with your input during the Planning Meeting. This
calendar of events allows ATS and you to coordinate schedules to eliminate any unnecessary
confusion, minimize disruptions in your organization's business operations, and
assure a smooth cut over to your new telecommunications system.
Complete Quality Checking and Testing: Before any equipment is
brought to your site, ATS tests and checks all components for any possible defects.
Once the equipment has been installed, ATS tests and checks all components again
to assure optimal performance from the very first call.
