Toshiba's IPedge® and Strata® CIX™
pure IP and converged business telephone systems have helped LifeLong Medical Care
connect its employees and patients and provide improved communication and productivity
as well as more than $30,000 in annual cost savings for the California-based medical
center as it provides care to more than 41,000 individuals annually. LifeLong's
new Toshiba business telephone system consists of one IPedge EP system,
four Strata CIX670 systems, and four Strata CIX100 systems and includes more than
600 Toshiba IP and digital telephones as well as Toshiba SoftIPT®
softphones for mobile workers. LifeLong also has two Strata MAS systems: one with
auto attendant, Unified Messaging, and voice mail, and the other for Toshiba's Strata
ACD and TASKE call center solutions for LifeLong's call center. In addition, LifeLong
is able to centrally manage all systems remotely with Toshiba's Network eManager®,
a significant benefit.
LifeLong Medical Care
ATS is a wonderful company. Your customer service and techs have always gladly helped
us with every detail needed with our aging phone system. Now we have a new system
and we love it! Our Account Manager was the first to come to our store with a quote
on the new system. He was friendly, intelligent, professional, attentive, and patient
and did amazingly well answering all of the questions we had. He kept in constant
communication with us regarding any scheduling changes during the pre installation.
The actual installation went very smoothly and he went beyond the call of duty for
us, tidying up our system and saving us money on phone lines not used anymore. His
patience was appreciated during the training and is still appreciated with the after-installation
questions we keep bugging him with. He has promptly fixed the few changes we requested.
Overall we are very satisfied. Thank you for such incredible service.
