Five Star Warranty

We believe the quality of the products we sell should directly relate to the warranty we offer for those products. Today's systems have become complex and expensive to service, and companies recognize the need to control ongoing costs. ATS offers a program unequaled in the industry.

A one-year warranty is industry standard and some companies may offer two-year warranties. ATS provides a Five to Seven Year Parts and Labor Warranty on all voice related products. Imagine buying a telephone system only guaranteed to last a year or two, and not knowing what it will cost to maintain. If other companies downplay the importance of a Five/Seven Year Parts and Labor Warranty, they should be willing to provide one to you at minimal cost.

• All major voice related Toshiba components provided by ATS carry a full Five Year Parts Warranty and an optional five year Labor Warranty. With complete coverage, there is no service call charge, labor charge, or component charge if a component requires repair or replacement. The manufacturer, and not an unauthorized reseller will supply all equipment components that require replacement.
• Some products/configurations have a Seven Year Parts and Labor Warranty available. Our recommendation will include the best warranty available to you.
• Customers are billed a nominal deductible per service occurrence. Customers covered under the Gold Seal Maintenance program pay no deductible.

ATS offers extended warranties for service and maintenance covering all parts and labor necessary to maintain the system after the Five/Seven Year Warranty expires.
